@joshuapliu Rapidly evolving space. Devil is in the underlying reference data… for patient and the recommendations. What is missing from inputs that would drive to different answers? Is user aware of the data sets being used for recommendation? Is value a consideration (drug cost, etc…)

@hjluks The body is a system. You outline nicely how physicians are trained to think through a joint issue as perhaps more of a system issue. Agree this post viral inflammation happens commonly, but sometimes overlooked without asking the right questions or examination.

@sacjai The pain of leading pop health is real. In the past, I literally went from one pop health meeting celebrating our decline in ER utilization for a group of patients to another finance meeting where declining ER visits were cited as number one issue for hospital system. 🤦‍♂️

Sudden cardiac arrest in athletes may be attributable to cardiac and noncardiac causes. With diagnosis and treatment, a return to play may be reasonable. Prevention, emergency planning, and shared decision making are key.
