I’ve heard the developer has an option to purchase the land at the original price for 10-15 years. Since it’s difficult to pencil new development right now, they can just sit and wait. I don’t expect anything to be developed for years. Not confirmed, but if that’s the case it’s not ideal for Greenville. On GIS it looks like the land is still owned by the county.

Drug manufacturers must reference price points to those paid by other nations, and this permits market-based adjustments.
