I requested for the supervisor who told me I should go report in Kigali but not on their desk very rude! I wonder in a time frame of 45 minutes the plane had loaded passengers and left gate “ F4”to another destination!! In 45 minutes all that happened!!

The lady on the help counter- communicated to her worker mates via phone she tells me is your laptop with a brown case she asked? I said yes! She then tells me after a few minutes she denies that it’s not the one and tells me she can’t help me anymore!!
