Everyone knew abortion was murder all along.

The issue is the women scream if you don’t let them abort and a majority of people older than me couldn’t take that screaming so they put their head down and moved on. “Not my circus, not my monkeys”.

Abortion as murder is permitted because people won’t stand up for what is right. Much easier to walk on by like the homeless tweaker dying on the street in SF.

And this preference for not standing for what is right is downstream of cultural changes brought on 1-2 generations earlier. Which themselves were the result of irreversible technology changes 1-2 generations before that.

Only way out is through.

But let’s not pretend people didn’t know the whole time.
