Well @BestBuy, you sure botched the XBox preorder. 1 part of your site says arriving today, another says tomorrow, & when I called I was told it should arrive next Monday. You have them & are just waiting for UPS to pick it up & deliver, but can’t switch to in-store pickup 🧐

@BungieHelp @BungieHelp FWIW was removed from the queue and selected a character on XB1. Black screen with intermittent “contacting destiny servers” and then got weasel after a few minutes. Net diag on XB1 says all ok. DM if you need more info to debug.
