Dear Community,

At BrightFunded, we take fairness, transparency, and trust with our traders very seriously. That is why we want to set the record straight regarding this situation.

- No payout was denied. A payout request was never submitted. The account in question was breached due to exceeding the daily loss limit. Our record remains clear: BrightFunded has a 0% payout denial rate.

- Despite this valid breach, we still reinstated the trader’s Funded Account at the original $50,000 balance as a gesture of goodwill. This is far beyond what we were required to do under our rules — but we always aim to support traders when possible.

- Unfortunately, the trader repeatedly threatened us and organized negative reviews across platforms in what appears to be a coordinated defamatory attack. We also have strong evidence of suspicious activities such as group trading and account sharing, which are strictly prohibited in our ecosystem and in the entire prop industry.

BrightFunded stands firm against such practices. We will take immediate legal action against defamatory behavior and any attempt to mislead the community with false information. This includes all individuals and groups involved in organizing, supporting, or amplifying such coordinated attacks.

To the trading community: we want to reassure you that our values remain unchanged. We are proud of our record, our fairness, and our transparency. While some individuals may attempt to damage our reputation, BrightFunded will always protect the integrity of our traders and our ecosystem.
