@ai_so_funny@xrossfader@MaxonVFX I don’t remember when I added it to my default scene, but it’s been a while. I figured that if I ever needed to break the link, I’d just delete the XPresso tag.
Following a successful debut last summer, the Vashon Island Film Festival returns this year from August 10-14. Highlights include recent TMW faves DEADLAND, RAGING GRACE and TOBACCO BARNS https://t.co/kHpS6L2IfQ
@cgpov@ParsecTeam I use my mbp m2 similarly. There are little annoyances, but it's so nice to have the laptop and a GPU-packed PC at my fingertips (via Parsec). Check out @raycastapp, if you haven't already. It's super powerful and makes the dock obsolete.
@j_ssuarez Another alternative is using an old desktop to run your own Nextcloud server. That way everything is one your own hardware, and it’s just as good for collaboration. But you’re essentially your own tech support.
@j_ssuarez Yeah, I get it. However, they do have client-side encryption. It’s an added expense, but pretty reasonable IMO. It’s altogether not a perfect service, but there are none anyhow, and I’m glad I switched from Dropbox and Google Drive.
My absolutely favorite part about this scene from Blazing Saddles is that the last words Gene Wilder utters here are ad-libbed. So Cleavon Little's reaction is 100% genuine.
The scene was not re-shot. They used this first take.
