@DFS will you ever reply? Order in Jan, sofa arrives in store in May & gets delivered to the customer who ordered after us. Get told we have to wait till July so cancel order. Get hounded with calls and emails to take delivery so I cave & take delivery and its the wrong colour

@DVLAgovuk Can't someone in your department call. Like I've said I've been trying for months to get through. My driving licence was posted back with the D1 form and I've heard nothing since. How hard is it to change a damn address??? I can't call cos I never get put in a queue

@AskNationwide a bank ran for the people, i think not. Over the last 4 days i have been on call after call with their departments to resolve an issue they have logged incorrectly which has had a massive impact on my credit score and mortgage application in which can be resolved
