Jews Don’t Owe Any Party Their Silence
There comes a moment in every Jewish life when you realize the welcome mat was actually a receipt.
You thought you belonged because you showed up. You marched. You donated. You defended causes not your own because justice was supposed to be universal. You stood up for every vulnerable group, because that is what Jews do. We remember what it means to be alone, so we try very hard not to let others feel alone.
And then October 7 happened.
Not just the massacre. Not just the rapes, the kidnappings, the burned families, the butchered children, the elderly dragged into Gaza, the young people hunted at a music festival for the crime of being alive and Jewish.
That was the horror.
The betrayal came after.
It came when too many people who had spent years lecturing Jews about empathy suddenly needed “context” for Jewish corpses. When university presidents sat before Congress and could not clearly say that calls for genocide against Jews violated campus conduct rules without reaching for legalistic escape hatches. When Columbia became a national symbol of Jewish students needing protection from mobs that called intimidation “activism.”
And yes, the betrayal came primarily from the political left.
Not every Democrat. Not every liberal. Not every progressive. I know good people still inside the machinery, convincing themselves the smoke is incense and not the building burning down.
But the institutions, the activist class, the loudest moral accountants in the room, they failed us. Many did not fail by accident. They chose.
They chose to excuse antizionism as “social justice.” They chose to frame Jewish self-defense as aggression and Islamist extremism as resistance. They chose to treat Hamas, rockets, tunnels, hostages and all, as “resistance”.
At a certain point, nuance becomes a luxury for those who are not being hunted.
Jews leaned left in America for generations for good reason: immigration, labor rights, civil rights, and the memory of exclusion from country clubs, universities, professions, and polite society. The Democratic Party once felt like the home of the outsider.
But homes can change owners.
Sometimes the mezuzah remains on the door while strangers rearrange the furniture inside.
Valid criticism of Israeli policy exists. Israelis offer it daily with more passion and hand gestures than any parliament should allow. But antizionism is not criticism. Antizionism declares that the Jewish people, alone among the nations, do not deserve sovereignty in their ancestral homeland.
That is not policy.
That is Jew-hatred with academic vocabulary.
When a political movement cannot distinguish between “I disagree with this Israeli government” and “from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,” Jews should not have to explain why we are packing our bags.
The right is not perfect. No tribe is. Antisemites exist there too, conspiracy theorists, isolationists, and those who use “globalist” as a cheap Halloween mask. Jews must never trade one set of useful idiots for another.
But the difference is now painfully clear to many:
On the right, support for Israel is not treated as a moral embarrassment. Jewish self-defense is not automatically framed as oppression. Religious tradition is not mocked as primitive. Family, community, law, order, responsibility, and national survival are not dirty words.
These values echo through Jewish tradition.
Judaism is not a bumper sticker about being nice. It is covenant, memory, peoplehood, law, discipline, children, elders, borders, land, responsibility, and survival.
We are commanded to pursue justice, but not by arming those who target us.
We are commanded to welcome the stranger, but not those who celebrate our murder.
We are commanded to love peace, but not by surrendering.
American Jews are rediscovering an ancient survival skill: knowing when the room has changed. Our ancestors knew it in Spain, Poland, Iraq, Yemen, Germany, Iran, and the Soviet Union. When slogans shift, laws soon follow. When mobs are excused, violence becomes policy.
We do not need panic.
We need clarity.
Clarity says: No party owns the Jewish vote.
Not by nostalgia. Not by guilt. Not by habit. Not because your grandparents voted that way. Not because your friends will make that face at brunch.
Jews should vote like Jews.
Vote for safety.
Vote for sovereignty.
Vote for leaders who know the difference between a democracy defending itself and a death cult hiding behind civilians.
Vote for school boards that refuse to make Jewish children walk past Hamas cosplay to reach chemistry class.
Vote for mayors who arrest those blocking bridges and harassing Jews rather than praising their “passion.”
Vote for those who treat “Never Again” as a security policy, not a museum slogan.
This is not about becoming Republican as a fashion statement.
This is about realignment.
It is about admitting the old bargain is broken.
For decades, many Jews offered loyalty and received a promise of protection. When the bigotry arrived dressed as antizionism, too many protectors became philosophers:
“Is it really antisemitism?”
“What about context?”
“Maybe they just mean resistance.”
No, bubbeleh. They mean Jews.
They always mean Jews.
A Jew who moves right today is not abandoning compassion. He is abandoning delusion.
A Jew who demands law and order is not betraying justice. He is remembering that justice without order becomes a mob.
A Jew who defends Israel is not worshiping a government. He is defending Jewish children from having to depend on the kindness of strangers.
And Jewish history has already taught us what happens when we depend only on the kindness of strangers.
It ended in train schedules.
And to the Jews who feel politically homeless, I understand you.
I understand the exhaustion. I understand the disgust. I understand the feeling of standing between two rooms and smelling smoke in both.
But not choosing is still a choice.
When our enemies choose loudly, organize strategically, and vote accordingly, Jewish neutrality becomes self-sabotage with better manners.
You do not need to love a party.
You need to protect a people.
Support courageous Democrats when they exist. Oppose Republicans who traffic in Jew-hatred. Reward anyone who defends Jewish life without apology. Punish anyone who makes excuses for those who threaten it.
The point is not party.
The point is survival with dignity.
We are not props in someone else’s revolution. We are not the world’s emotional support minority. We are not required to applaud movements that make room for chants of our destruction.
Am Yisrael Chai does not mean “the Jewish people live, assuming the coalition agreement is acceptable.”
It means we live.
With memory.
With spine.
With moral clarity.
And with the ancient Jewish wisdom to know when it is time to leave a table where everyone smiles while someone else checks the exits.
Jews do not owe the left obedience.
Jews do not owe the right blindness.
We owe our people courage.
And right now, courage means saying the quiet part out loud:
Never again means never again.
Even when it makes our old political friends uncomfortable.
I need everyone to share this.
The IDF found another massive number of Hezbollah weapons in storage sites in civilian buildings.
Hezbollah terrorists are using civilian buildings in Lebanon as weapons storage, just like Hamas does in Gaza.
Imagínate lo horrible que tienes que ser como ser humano para votar en contra de que se investigue la violación masiva de niñas.
Ese es el Partido Laborista 🇬🇧
🚨🇮🇪BREAKING: Conor McGregor just called for the only solution after an African migrant butchered a local man in the middle of a Belfast street!
"CLOSE THE BORDERS - remove ALL illegal entrants from this island NOW!"
“I'd rather be called racist all day long than stand back and watch my fellow people get their heads hacked off by a 50 IQ foreigner from an African shithole.”
Patriots - if you are protesting tonight, in Belfast or elsewhere, do NOT give Starmer what he wants.
Stay calm. Keep your heads. Do NOT attack the police.
The state will show you no mercy.
The dangerous ‘far-right’ will be blamed, and your life will be ruined forever.
It will be that brutal. However angry you are feeling now, it is not worth it.
Protest - but do it loudly, do it peacefully.
If the police are being aggressive, record it. Film it. Do not react. Because you will not be shown the same leniency as the officers. You will be charged, you will be sentenced, you will be imprisoned.
We’re all angry.
But you will achieve far more for our cause and country OUTSIDE of prison.
The arrested Sudanese man was an 'asylum seeker'.
He entered Britain in February 2023, immediately claiming asylum, according to the police.
Who was the immigration minister at the time? And then when the man was granted leave to remain in our country?
Reform's Robert Jenrick.
Who was Home Secretary?
Reform's Suella Braverman.
They were responsible for our borders.
They failed, in the most horrific way, with the most horrific consequences.
A Restore Britain Government will abolish the entire asylum system.
No more asylum seekers.
Anyone who entered our country illegally will be deported, regardless of current status.
Enough.
Restore Britain will not fail you.

For years I've not been vocal enough about the UK and immigration over fears of being arrested.
But now, I've changed my mind.
Immigration, legal and illegal, is the number one threat to the United Kingdom.
After what happened in Belfast yesterday, I am happy to go to jail for speaking up about it.
With over 2 million followers, there is a serious risk I could be arrested for saying what I'm about to say but I do not care.
Every single immigrant to the UK must be deported, if they are not a net positive on our country.
Keir Starmer must immediately release the nationality and details of this terrorist, who tried beheading a man.
Time and time again, almost every week, a tragic terrorist attack is brushed under the rug because it's carried out by an immigrant.
Whether it's foolish religious rights allowing Henry Nowak to bleed to death, Axel Rudakubana massacring young girls and being given free reign in prison or now this tragedy in Belfast.
If you don't speak English, you must go.
If you don't like our country, you must go.
If million must go, then millions must go.
The only fix is mass deportations, and I do not care about the consequences of saying that.
Britain has never been more dangerous, and the real numbers of foreigners in this country are far beyond what we believe.
If I am not in prison, I will be running in the next general election and will be at the forefront of trying to save our United Kingdom.
I hope to run alongside @RupertLowe10 and @RestoreBritain if you will allow me.
May God Save our once Great Nation.
Despite having hundreds of mosques in New York, mass street “prayers” are becoming a staple of life in the Big Apple.
And it’s not prayers, my friends, but assertion. They are claiming turf, like hyenas pissing to mark territory.
