@RailMinIndia @drrajdeeproy Recently I traveled from Lumding to Silchar on 22.05.2023 in 15611 train 3AC B3 coach. It is observed used bed rolls are pkded and given. It is very unfortunate to get neglecting towards the people of this area. Authority should be vigilant on this.
