一个名叫 Playtime-AI 的用户，给 MiniMax H3 训练了一个 好莱坞性感女星Sydney Sweeney 的专属 LoRA，现在已经可以直接从抱抱脸Huggingface 下载。文件只有 155 MB，页面还附带了一段真人感十足的视频 Demo。

它并不是重新训练了一个 330 亿参数的视频模型。简单来说，MiniMax H3 负责生成视频里的动作、表情、口型、镜头和声音；这个小小的 LoRA 则像一张“身份补丁”，让 H3 学会某个特定人物的脸型、头发、肤色和典型表情。推理时把两者加载到一起，在 Prompt 里写出她的名字，就可以生成带有她外貌特征的视频。

这类 LoRA 通常只需要收集几十张公开照片，仔细标注姿势、服装、光线和表情，再训练几百到一千多步。因为只更新一小部分低秩参数，不需要重新训练整个基础模型，所以成本已经低到普通玩家也能完成。

更夸张的是，Playtime-AI 已经上传了 70 个类似模型，包括 Anya Taylor-Joy、Sadie Sink、Ana de Armas 等大量名人，而且公开页面几乎没有训练说明，也没有披露数据集。

开源视频模型一旦遇上 LoRA，结果就是：任何一张公众人物的脸，都可能被压缩成一个一百多 MB、可以随意下载和加载的“身份插件”。

技术已经开源了，人的脸也快要被开源了。

US soldiers left those countries to safe place

Gulf States complain they have not been protected after years of payments
