@Pod_Point No! The call was to reset a rapid charger at 12:40 as the app could not connect to the charger and to enquire about a receipt as I was charged £8 for 9.7 KW @ a 7kw charger and I went from 18 miles range to 37 miles. £8 for an extra 19 miles seems excessive! for 100 minutes chrge
@TrunkLogistics@ivebeeniced @Pod_Point @Royal_Greenwich asked the driver parked in front of the charger to move his van so that I could charge. he said no as he was going to park in the charging bay so that he could unload his van. I said it was my fuel station, he said too bad
Waited 3 hours and 41 minutes for @Pod_Point to answer the telephone!
Was stuck at number 2 for an hour!
