Just wrapped up a solid push day — 1 hour 6 minutes, 22 sets, and 8,010 kg of total volume.
At 50, 151 kg, dealing with COPD and on my weight loss meds, every session like this is a win. Started with barbell bench, hit machine flyes, and finished strong on triceps.
Progress isn’t always pretty, but it’s happening one rep at a time. 💪
