@millihill Make sure you're taking Zinc. Also I believe the fear/tension/pain cycle works for Covid too! I believe in a lot of cases if people had this bug without all the fear that comes with it, & just believed it to be a cold/normal flu, symptoms would feel a lot easier and less scary!

@sfendle 'Midwife' means 'with woman' - so nowt to do with the gender of the person doing the job. The male kind are a rare breed though!
