I have received wrong persons emails. I have been lied on the phone etc.

Sounds a scam. When refuse to do so, he hang up!

@Fly_Norwegian Last Sunday you manage to lost my luggage on direct 2.5 hrs flight from Helsinki to London Gatwick.
Only email I receive is sorry for inconvenience caused. Its psssed inconvenience, its a bloody nightmare.

@Finnair Hello, I tried to make a booking and when I put my card details, I got error message that my payment failed.
However money was charged from my card.
I don't have ticket numbers etc

Some reason you can't anymore deliver orders.
Almost all my recently orders you had to refund, because drivers can't find addresses. Your customer service is very poor abd I can see my previous tweets been ignored.
