@easyJet just had the second flight in two days canceled by easyJet this time 2 hours before we was going to go to the airport and after them sending an email stating that it’s not their fault so they will not pay compensation for the first flight.

@easyJet just had my second flight in 2 days cancelled with just hours notice, easyJet are the worst airline I have had the misfortune to fly with I am rapidly running out of money & all I get is donotreply email saying it’s not their fault so they do not have to pay compensation

@easyJet @easyJet & arrange for the transfer back to the airport. We were unable to cancel the pre booked taxi that would meet us at B/ham & also now have to arrange transport from Gatwick to coventry. At no time have easyJet helped and I am absolutely disgusted by their treatment of us.

@easyJet After queuing and being directed to the bag drop off point we had just printed the labels for our cases only to have a woman come rushing over and snatch the labels off our suitcases and then for her to inform us our flight is cancelled. When we asked what we could do,

@easyJet she informed us she did not work for easy jet and that there was no representative on site. And the best advice she offered us was to deal with it ourselves. We went on the easyJet website and the only flights available were not to Birmingham but to either Manchester

@easyJet @easyJet (8 hours) on Sunday or Monday to Gatwick. As I am disabled I could not face the 8 hour flight so we booked the Monday flight. We were fortunate that the owners of the disabled friendly apartment villa were prepared to extend our stay and sent their car to pick us up
