@TheGameVerse Tbf, FPS does objectively make the gameplay more pleasant. Graphics are one thing. But there needs to be a certain baseline for FPS, at least. Try playing this on 10FPS. I mean, it's just not a great time.

I've been asked about the steam/itch censorship situation. If a company removes a bought game from customers with no notice + a way to back it up, that's exactly the situation that would be covered under SKG. SKG would not stop delistings though, that's 1000x harder legally.
