@markkaplan20 My CAC score was 1982. I blame constant carbo loading and high sugar sports drinks. It caused arterial inflammation which caused my body to produce a calcium bandaid which had to grow overtime. Change the fuel and change the inflammation. Keystones over glucose.
@holmanm CAC 2/6/19 1986, 2/6/20 1688, 2/5/22 1742. Followed Ivor Cummins advice- low carb, added k2, Magnesium, vitamin D3, lost the seed oils, and intermittent fasting. I recommend The Clot Thickens by Dr. Malcolm Kendrick. BTW Iβm 71 years young. Of course I quit the statins.
