@peptidepirate Even if there was a difference, how could anyone tell? What if the their noticeable increase in effect was just from it being their nth dose? It’s too hard to discern. I don’t think it matters at all, but might as well do it anyway (just in case).

@PGC1a_RB I like those too. I’ve found it’s only really effective on the assault bike or dead sprints. Nothing else spikes my hr as well
