As the refund was not initiated automatically, it had to be raised to the dedicated team, and believe me, they are the best.

@loubolton37 @currys They cancelled the order on the 14th. Today, they said between 2 and 4 days. Which is ridiculous because it's a voucher to spend in Currys.
