Why Are Bitcoiners skeptical of MSTR?

I get it – as Bitcoiners, we don’t want our wealth pegged to fiat or controlled by its volatility. We’d rather own spot Bitcoin.

But here’s the thing: MSTR (MicroStrategy) is a unique bridge connecting the fiat world to Bitcoin.

@ryQuant I can see why strive has a ,,better,, structure then mstr rigjt now. Mstr will get there too and strc will be way bigger than sata.

All im saying is that i rather support companies which respect mstr than hating them.

Hate has no place in my heart.

I had the same issue with jack mallers and xxi.

But with strive not. Imo they frequently say that mstr/ saylor helped them/ showed them the way.

And saylor said it himselve that if he would start a new company, he would only have strc and btc.

Therefore

@saylor @Strategy why isnt ur total pref outstanding not up to date? the announcement was over 3 hours ago.

The btc count was updaten but not the prefs. That manipulates my calculations, which i let codex run by ur website ^^

But https://t.co/NHDQQtj4bg only calculates strc volume above par (99.98) to buy new bitcoin with.

Where does the 99.98 come from and why arent we starting to calculat from 99usd?

I need a strc denominated in euro so i dont have the currency risk.
