Blue Origin's organizational culture means they will never be a true peer competitor to SpaceX, but Bezos bucks count for a lot and I think there will be plenty of room for other LSPs.

Also, 9x4 is a very sensible upgrade path and keep in mind that while starship is much bigger and has better engines, an aluminum/methalox S1 plus aluminum(or SS)/hydrolox S2 is a significantly more performant architecture than than two methalox/SS stages.
