Me and my community have hit way above this 100 avg ccv requirement 4 times now. Every day I end stream at a specific number of ccv. After I’ve ended stream FOR HOURS I open my dashboard later that night to find the avg ccv drops a significant amount. A significant amount and to the exact same number every day. This is enough to cause me to get denied 4 times.
I’ve been on this platform since literally day one of it dropping. My community is strong and they’ve pull up for me EVERY DAY since switching to this platform. I love kick and it’s our home now. But we feel like we’ve been slighted with the constant “please be patient” responses to our concerns.
I know I’m not the only one that’s had this issue either. You guys have genuine creators grinding their asses off for hours and hours, getting their hopes up to just be destroyed because of a bug on YOUR platform that has yet to be addressed.
This is my job of 5 years. It’s my life. It’s my livelihood. It’s everything.
I really don’t know if this will help or do anything for me or others but there’s really nothing else I can do but make it public unfortunately.
