The material realm, the energetic realm, the spiritual realm, the absolute
(long post)

Of course matter, energy, consciousness (spirit), and the absolute, are all one, but let´s have a better look at these four separately. I know many people do not discuss these things or know about this, or laugh it off, but the goal of this account it to share serious info so you can start discovering this yourself, so here we go:

Material realm:

1: physical body: take care of it, obvious. We all know it nowadays: healthy food, no toxins, no drugs, exercise, sleep, balance, etc. Not going to go into detail, there is enough info on that everywhere. Do not forget that the main key to a healthy physical body is learning to amplify energy but we will come to that in the next part

2: buy quality material things if you can. So obvious, better quality once than sh*t multiple times. The whole ¨throw away fashion thing¨ is insane imo

3: same applies to a home for example. People go way too quickly with all kind of conventional materials, techniques etc, while if you really build a new home nowadays, you can do amazing things with eco-materials, passive heating, passive cooling, solar-tiles for example that are beautiful etc

4: keep it simple. You obviously do not need multiple homes or places to be content. If you cannot be content in one, you won´t be in 10, so better first become content

5: if you care too much about appearance, the material realm will keep absorbing you into the bullshit of pretending and doing as if. You are consciousness having the experience of a body, not a body having the experience of consciousness. Keep the pretending and dressing up part and playing roles to a minimum, having an ego is already enough, no need to pretend more

5: if you don´t want to be a slave, don´t behave or dress like one. I only wore a suit one day when i had an office job a very long time ago, i lasted only one day, then threw the suit away and promised myself to never wear one again, which i never did.

6: sometimes older proven tech is the way forward until newer tech has proven its resilience. I had different cars, also tesla for example, but if you live in a rougher place a toyota hilux for example is more reliable if sophisticated maintenace is hard to come by. Anyone can fix the old reliable cars, but an electric car is like a phone, you need very specialised place to fix it, update it. etc

7: goal of material existence is to reproduce. If nobody reproduces, no humans will be left long term, no chance for souls to reach enlightenment and free themselves, so have children if you can

8: keep material things to a minimum. Living well is ok, living comfy is ok, but never let it absorb you. Real contentment and progress is made on the inside, and cultivation energy (chi), and consciousness (spirit/shen) is the goal of your existence

Remember, a simple healthy existence in the material realm is the basis to build the next 2 layers, the energetic and spiritual part of your existence. See it as a pyramid, if you do not have a solid base-level, you can never get higher up.

Energetic realm

1: energy, also called chi, or bio-electricity, or prana and many other names, is the subtle electrical field of the body. Energetic realm is also called etheric realm in many traditions

2: Keeping energy flowing well is crucial for health and well-being hence why acupuncture and chi-gong and yoga etc that really works with chi or prana works

3: generating more energy, through inner exercises, is the main goal of inner work. This usually involves the steps from changing sexual energy (jing) into energy (chi) and eventually into spirit (shen or more consciousness).

6: many people have no idea at all about energy, so if people keep giving advise on how to live forever without going into the energetic part of your existence, they have no idea what they are talking about. All real inner traditions emphasized cultivating more energy to make the body resilient, live a long time, and ready for spiritual/inner work.

Spiritual realm:

1: Spiritual realm is the subtle realm besides the material and energetic realm. Also called the astral realm, this is where entities resides, where astral projection happen, lucid dreaming, and where you go partly after death depending on your level of inner development

The absolute

The absolute, God, Brahman, Mu, Ein Sof, Allah, truth, dharmakaya, infinity, whatever you want to call it

The ultimate aspect of existence. Everything = nothing

Once the mind surrenders completely, and an enlightening experience occurs, one realises that the ultimate truth is that everything is one. It can never be explained in words, but it is so obvious when it happens. The absolute can never be grasped, but it can ¨shine through¨ in one´s existence. Every human being is part of the infinite, a son of god, atman, narmakaya, whatever you want to call it, just very few realise it or are willing to do the effort to realise this.

Surrender to the absolute is the ultimate goal of existence, and once it happens, i describe it as one can see oneself in everything
