@twirlyswirl79 @mitsishotels We are just sticking to the Mitsis Rodos now, alternative options were didn’t look as good. Fingers crossed we have a good time! And won’t be using @OntheBeachUK again, one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to use.

Can imagine it being a lot quieter that normal if other companies have relocated their customers.

@mitsishotels Hi, we are supposed to be coming to the Mitsis Rodos Resort & Spa but getting conflicting info. @OntheBeachUK saying you are currently closed but your message is opposite!

I’m assuming the email is another mistake from OTB
@joeyakoyork@Paulabrahams1@OntheBeachUK Exactly the same. Hotel says open, so this morning we think we are going, then get message from on @OntheBeachUK saying it is closed. We then used the OTB chat function and they couldn’t confirm that email is correct and email and hotel is closed and wait for a call!
@joeyakoyork@OntheBeachUK It’s the Mitsis Rodos Maris, saw a photo of what looked like the kids pool area burnt completely, no idea of it was a genuine photo or not. It’s the lack of communication that is poor, OTB should keep customers updated even if a final decision hasn’t been made
