This is an odd clip. I find it hard to believe that the CEO of a major BBB could be this uninformed about a major piece of financial legislation.
The Clarity Act “doesn’t do anything for AML/BSA.” Really? Have you read Titles II or III?
“It allows them to effectively pay interest on deposits.” False. Section 404 explicitly prohibits digital asset companies from paying any form of interest or yield on a stablecoin balance in a manner that is “economically or functionally equivalent to the payment of interest or yield on an interest-bearing bank deposit.”
It is becoming increasingly clear that bank opposition to the Clarity Act is more about personality than policy.
Stop the endless scrolling, stop the consumption, focus on the charts.
If your analysis is correct, the news will deliver the results in your desired direction.
The ‘fundamentals’ this year especially should prove to you its sole purpose is to be a detriment and distraction.
Update on yesterday's incident: preliminary investigation indicates an unauthorised party (attacker) minted vsdCRV on Arbitrum.
Contributors quickly secured the vsdCRV backing on mainnet (no funds seizable by the attacker) and closed the vsdCRV bridge, containing the impact to Arbitrum.
Based on our current assessment, Boosted yields, Liquid Lockers, Votemarket & Stake DAO lending on Morpho are unaffected.
Arbitrum asdCRV Llamalend market is being sunset; crvUSD depositors can move their funds to other Llamalend markets.
Law enforcement is ongoing, and security partners are involved.

The oracle migration has successfully been completed.
Markets have been unpaused and the 4 hour grace period has been enabled.
The grace period will be in effect until ~04:23 UTC.
Please stay tuned and only interact with official links from @tydrohq on X and the https://t.co/3azaPM5e20 URL.
Update on Tydro Markets:
Tydro was notified by Chaos Labs that they had experienced an attack with patterns similar to that of a nation state attacker on May 4th and were advised by Chaos Labs to pause all markets until further information was available.
No bad prices were pushed to the market prior to, or during, the market pause and no user positions were impacted.
Immediate efforts were made to onboard new oracle providers, and the Tydro team worked with @chainlink and @redstone_defi to get new push feeds available on Ink asap.
Approximately 48 hours after the initial warning, the Tydro team was given confirmation by Chaos Labs that the keys had been rotated and that an unpause was possible. Out of an abundance of caution the decision was made to keep the markets paused until another push oracle was available for Tydro.
The path forward:
Once the @chainlink migration is complete we will update the feeds. This change has a 48 hour timelock and an exact unpause time will be provided in UTC once the transaction is executed.
At the time of unpause, a grace period of 4 hours will be implemented. During this time, borrowers who may have positions with a Health Factor below 1 will be able to repay loans or add additional collateral without risk of liquidation.
Additionally, before the market is unpaused Tydro and its service providers will assess all user positions and determine if any changes to market parameters are needed to help manage any positions that may have become unhealthy. Based on our preliminary analysis this should not be necessary but we will continue to monitor the situation.
Please manage your positions accordingly and stay tuned for the unpause time.
A full analysis, with plans for oracle hardening and multi-oracle redundancy, will be shared.
Tydro is migrating from its existing oracle to @chainlink.
The pause is still in effect as a precautionary measure as we test and complete the upgrade. User funds remain safe, liquidations are currently disabled, and a grace period will be implemented upon unpausing.
Markets will resume once migration is complete.
We appreciate your patience during this time. Please follow official channels for future updates.
❗️🚨 Microsoft Edge keeps every saved password in process memory as cleartext from the moment it launches. Microsoft's responsed when reported: "by design."
All of them. Including credentials for sites you won't open this session.
Researcher @L1v1ng0ffTh3L4N tested every major Chromium browser. Edge is the only one that behaves this way.
Chrome decrypts credentials on demand, and App-Bound Encryption locks the keys to an authenticated Chrome process so other processes can't reuse them.
In Chrome, plaintext surfaces only during autofill or when a password is viewed, making memory scraping far less useful.
What makes this extra weird is that Edge still demands re-authentication before revealing those passwords in its Password Manager UI, while the same browser process already holds every one of them in plaintext.
In shared environments, this turns into a credential harvest. On a terminal server, an attacker with admin rights can read the memory of every logged-on user process. In the published PoC video, a compromised admin account lifts stored credentials from two other logged-on (and even disconnected) users with Edge running.
Microsoft's official response when notified: "by design."
The finding was disclosed April 29 at BigBiteOfTech by PaloAltoNtwks Norway, alongside a small educational tool that lets anyone verify the cleartext storage for themselves.
