Excellent CPD.
One thing that struck me was how scary to the patients was our use of the word “resuscitation” to describe the higher dependency are of the ED.
Surely we should change this language.
Time for a policy statement @RCEMpresident@theRCN@ecaforum ?

So pleased to see this!
Some of the strongest paramedics I’ve worked with (on the road and in education) have dyslexia - extraordinary problem solving, empathy and practical skills
Our paramedic Sonja has worked at #TeamLAS for +25 years and was diagnosed with dyslexia in 2018.
She explains why her dyslexia is a strength rather than a weaknesses, and encourages others not to give up on their dream job.
