Violation of Article 23(c) of the Hague Convention IV (1907) by Ethiopian Government soldiers : Fano Mola Melaku had been engaged in a fierce battle against forces loyal to Abiy Ahmed, the Ethiopian Prime Minister. In the heat of combat, he was captured and sustained grave injuries that required immediate medical care. He was subsequently transported to Woldia Hospital, a place where one would expect the sanctity of medical treatment to be upheld.

As doctors worked tirelessly to save Fano Mola Melaku's life, a horrifying interruption occurred. A group of Ethiopian soldiers stormed into the hospital, their voices resonating with disdain for the wounded Amhara fighter.

Despite the soldiers' menacing presence and their attempts to stop the medical treatment, the doctors at Woldia Hospital remained resolute in their commitment to their professional oath. They valiantly explained that their duty was to provide medical care to anyone in need, regardless of their affiliation or origin. Their dedication to saving lives clashed starkly with the soldiers' sinister intentions.

The soldiers, unmoved by the doctors' pleas and ethical stance, resorted to brutality. They forcibly removed Fano Mola Melaku from his hospital bed, using a bedsheets as a crude means of restraint. The wounded fighter was then taken to Woldia Stadium, where countless other Amhara prisoners were being held.

In front of a captive audience of fellow prisoners, Fano Mola Melaku was subjected to a savage beating. Shockingly, the torment did not end there. In a gruesome act, he was beheaded in plain sight, further intensifying the horrors of the situation.

The brutality continued as the soldiers took his lifeless body to the streets, where they callously drove a car over his head and body until his remains were indistinguishably mixed with mud. This depraved display of inhumanity is a stark reminder of the disregard for human dignity that unfolded in Woldia that day.

Fano Mola Melaku's family, unaware of the horrors their loved one had endured, received his lifeless body covered in a blood-stained bedsheet, along with a stern warning not to uncover it. Overwhelmed by grief and curiosity, some family members could not resist and unveiled the gruesome truth—a piece of human flesh mixed with mud.

This incident constitutes a direct violation of Article 23(c) of the Hague Convention IV (1907), which explicitly prohibits the killing or wounding of an enemy who has laid down their arms, surrendered at discretion, or is incapacitated. The silence of the international community in the face of such atrocities is concerning and raises questions about accountability.

The killing of Fano Mola Melaku at Woldia Hospital is a grim reminder of the atrocities being committed in Ethiopia's ongoing conflict. It serves as a call for the world to break its silence and demand justice for the victims of this brutal violence. The Ethiopian government must be held accountable.

ሃኪሞች ስለ ህክምና ሕግ ለማስረዳት ሞከሩ። የሃኪም ሥራ ተጎጂ ሲመጣ ዘር፣ ቀለም፣ ሃይማ��ት ሳይጠይቁ መርዳት ነው። ጉዳተኛው ወንጀለኛ ይሁን ምን የሃኪሞች ሥራ አይደለም። የእነሱ ሥራ ለገቡት ቃል ታምነው ማከም ነው ብለው አስረዱ። ኦነግ መከላከያ መስሚያው ጥጥ ነው። ሃኪሞቹንም አንገራገሩ። በሽተኛውንም ከነ ቁስሉ በሳንሳ ተሸክመውት ሄዱ። ወልድያ ስታዲዮም አጠገብም አስገቡት

በእስር ላይ ባሉ ፋኖዎችም ፊት ደበደቡት። ፋኖ ሞላም "��ማራ ያሸንፋል፣ ፋኖ ነኝ። ያውም የአሳምነው ጽጌ እያለ ደበደቡት። በመጨረሻም አረዱት። ማረዱም አላረካቸውም በጭንቅላቱ ላይ በመኪና ጎማ ነዱበት። እናም ጭቃ አድርገው ፈጩት

ይህን ሰቀቀን ያዩ እስረኛ ፋኖዎች በተአምር እግዚአብሔር ኃይል ሆኗቸው ሌሊቱኑ ዋርድያ ክላሽ ቀምተው ተታኩሰው በአጥር ዘለው አምልጠው ከፋኖዎች ተቀላቀሉ። መከላከያም ከቤተሰብ ደወለ። አስከሬኑን እንደተጠቀለለ ቅበሩት ብሎ አንገራገረ። ቤተሰብም እሺ ብሎ ከቤት ወሰዱት። ሽታው አላስቀርብ ሰለሚል አስከሬኑንም አጥበው መቅበር ፈለግው ቢከፍቱት ሁሉም ባዩት ነገር ቀወሱ።

ወንጀለኛን ይቅር ማለት ሀጢያትን ሀይማኖት ማድረግ ሲሆን፣ ከፈጣሪም ህግ መውጣት ነው። ስለዚህ ላንተ የሚደረግ ይቅርታም የለም ማለት ነው።

ከሦስት ቀን በፊት አውራ ጎዳናን መከላከያ ተብየው አማራን አፅድቶና ዘርፎ ( ገድሎ) ካለስቀቀ ቡኋላ ለኦሆዴድ አስረክቧል። 5ሺ አባወራዎችን አፈናቅለው 31 ንፁሀንን ጨፍጭፈው ነው አውራ ጎዳናን ከአማራ አስለቅቀው ለኦሆዴድ ያስረከቧት።

የተጀመረው ትግል እየተቀጣጠለ በሚኒሊክ ቤተ መንግስት የተቀመጠውን አሸባሪ ቡድን ማፍረክረክ ሲጀምረው መደበቂያው የሚሆነው እስትራቴጅ ኦሮሞን ከአማራ ማጨፋጨፍ እንደሚሆን ቀድሞ የታወቀ ቢሆንም ማለቅ ካለብን ጠቅላላ እናልቃታለን እንጅ በቀላሉ እንደማንለቃቸው ያቃሉ። ይሄ ስረአት እጅግ በደም የተጨማለቀ ማወቅር የለለው በጦርነት መኖር የሚፈልግ ስረአት እንደሆነ እነ አሜሪካ ቀድመው ተናግረዋል።

#Breaking : Door to door massacre of Amhara civilians in Awra Godana town of Amhara region by Oromia Special Forces:

Context: Awra Godana, is located in Amhara region close to the borders of Oromia and Afar, a few kilometers from the Ethio-Djibouti railway. The Oromia government has been trying to annex this strategically located town into Oromia. Last year they sent their special forces to attack the town disguised as militia, even killing a dozen federal police. They got routed by the local Amhara militia, losing at least 26 of their fighters. The incident even got international media attention. The Oromia government claimed Fano invaded Oromia, they even had the @cgtnafrica reporter @GirumChala, who has business links to Oromia PP, report on @CGTN that it was Amharas who invaded Oromia. It’s important to know that the Oromia Special Forces were never disband in April, only the Amhara Special Forces.

What happened yesterday and today:

Since ENDF is losing ground in most parts of Amhara, the Oromia government wants to annex this town to take over the Ethio-Djibouti route. There was no Fano presence in the town so ENDF encircled the town yesterday to prevent the locals from getting any Fano reinforcements. This was followed by an attack on the town by Oromia Special Forces (OSF), the locals were able to defend themselves with high casualties for OSF. Amhara Civilians strong enough to run fled the town. Today the Oromia government sent more OSF reinforcements backed by ENDF artillery support. The locals fought until they ran out of Ammo. Fano couldn’t make it to the town due to ENDFs blockade. This is when Oromia Special Forces started going door to door and killing any Amhara civilians they could find. They brought Oromo youth from the neighboring Oromia region towns to loot as many properties as possible. The looting and killing is still going on.

I have transcribed and translated a brief interview journalists @mamamesay and Dereje did with survivors:

Journalist: The town of Awra Godana, in Minjar Wereda of Amhara region is under the full invasion and occupation of the Oromia Special Forces (OSF), there is door to door killing and looting. The residents of the town are fleeing for their lives. Those who couldn’t flee are in dire situations.

Witness: Houses are burning, people have fled the town. The town is fully controlled by Oromia Special forces. What’s shocking is the level of looting, people (from the bordering Oromia towns) are looting everything, the Oromia Special forces are loading trucks full of peoples properties, every house has been looted by OSF. And ENDF is behind them overseeing it, the forest is full of people (Oromos from Kireyu) running with looted properties. We have several pictures and videos of these incidents, I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. They’re destroying the entire town. Residents of Awra Godana, those who can have all fled to the forests. The town is being completely destroyed.

Journalist: It’s being reported that the ones killing people door to door are Oromo Special Forces.

Witness: There’s a lot of them (OSF), they control most of the higher positions. They’ve taken over the entire city, there’s still people looting right now. The entire forest is full of people (Oromos from neighboring region) running away with looted properties. Even the OSF loading peoples belongings with trucks and taking them to Oromia. We think they’ve incited Oromos from neighboring towns to come loot because they’re everywhere. I’ve never seen this type of cruelty in my life, we are devastated.

አብይ አህመድ ከአባቱ ጋር እንደ ልጅ ተቆንጥጦ ያላደገ፣ ከ4 አመቱ ጀምሮ እናቱ ጋር በዙረት ያደገ ሲሆን አንድም ቀን በልጅነቱ የወንድልጅ ብትር ገርፎት የማያቅ ለዕናቱ ብርቅየ አይነት ብቸኛ ተከታዮዋ ስለሆነ ( እናቶች ሆዳቸው ስለማይችል አንድ ቀን እንኳን ተቆንጥጦ ያላደገ) ያገኘውን እየዘለፈ ልጅነቱን የቀጨ ሰው ነው። ለዛም ነው የመጀመሪያ የስልጣን በአለ ሲመቱ ቀን አባቱን ከነመፈጠሩ እረስቶ በዕናቱ ብቻ ንግግሩን እያ���ላላ የኢትዮዽያን እናቶች ሆዳቸውን ሰርስሮ ለመግባት ጥረት ሲያደርግ የነበረው።

Tulu Dimtu – One of Abiy Ahmed's Auschwitz concentration camps of Amharas

The horrifying pictures below are a partial view of Abiy Ahmed's Auschwitz concentration camp of Amharas in Tullu Dimtu where thousands of Amharas are herded off to death row. This concentration camp of Amharas is one of the largest concentration and extermination camps of Amharas.

According to a whistleblower who produced these horrifying pictures of the concentration camp so far over 400 Amhara prisoners of conscience have died because on arrival these Amharas were condemned to unimaginable torment, criminally induced living conditions, starvation, and life in an utterly insane environment that exposed them to infectious diseases and eventually to death.

Even though the international community made a collective promise to defend humanity after Auschwitz, we haven't witnessed even the slightest desire on the part of the international community to condemn Abiy Ahmed’s cruelty that parallels Auschwitz and the deliberate exposure of Amhara prisoners of conscience by Nazi Abiy Ahmed to infectious diseases leading to endless outbreaks of epidemics, and eventually to the death of thousands of Amhara prisoners of conscience.
