@jbeggs252 Do some research. It’s not hard! 2012 Harper negotiated the bridge. A contract was put in place for tolls to be collected on the Cdn side. Carney failed to negotiate how the USA side would be handled. It’s on US soil. Take a look at the corrupt Liberals of the last 11 years!
