@StandardBankZA I laid a formal complaint with no good will from SB. Moving forward i am cancelling my credit card, which I only got for lounge access, due to SB's unilateral changes, false advertising, misinfo and unknown t and cs, I can advise everyone it is not a benefit.

@StandardBankZA You did call and I put down the phone. Just a public notice, your lounge access is lying when it says if you meet the spend threshold for lounge access which SB believes gives them the right to charge you after the fact and weeks later.

@StandardBankZA I have dm'ed you. However, it doesn't seem Sb is updating or securing people's accounts and this is not a one person issue but something that needs to be addressed across the system. I have advised the digital team of gaps in the system and been told that's just the way it is.

@SBGroup As a private bank client of SB, who awarded you this, seeing i have no trust in SB with its inadequate service delivery. A Bank who makes you pay more, for less, AND changes terms and conditions unilaterally.
