Can we stop planning the future for him and what he’s going to do?
Can we stop comparing his loss to Ty and Dale Jr?
He’s 11.
He’s not an “adult”.
He’s entering the stage where his Dad was going to be a huge part of his development into a “man”.
How about we just support Brexton, and cheer him on.
He can’t replace his dad in your hearts. That’s not fair to put on him.

I am in total shock. My heart breaks for his young children, wife, parents, brother, and all his race colleagues. He was not my favorite driver by far, but he was very talented and could be very funny and like most great athletes a total ass. @KyleBusch We lost a legend today

Kyle and I had a really challenging existence for many years. But we luckily took the time to figure out our differences and that was something he instigated with a conversation in his bus around how we each managed our racing teams. I was super eager for us to get on better terms. But it was he who made the effort for that to be possible. We did some media together also to laugh through some of the things we put each other through many years ago. Most recently we had even been discussing him running my Late Model at Wilkesboro this summer. He seemed extremely happy and we had planned to meet up next Thursday to get his seat to the shop. He laughed over the idea of his fans and JRM fans having to cheer in unison during that race.

Kyle was one of the greatest drivers in NASCAR history. No one can deny that. But he was also a father, a husband, brother, son, and a friend to many. My heart is broken for the Busch family. I will never be able to make sense of this loss but I am thankful that we had found a way to become friends.

@dennyhamlin The funniest thing about all this is he had the audacity to say “we can switch cars anytime he wants to” when in reality he could still be driving the same car as Denny as coach said he was gonna foot the bill to keep Kyle in a JGR car but Kyle thought the grass was greener..

@jeff_gluck I literally text my Dad this morning Nascar needs to settle. They are not going to win. They look so bad and their dirty laundry has been aired to the public. The next thing I see they settled. I think wevwill be seeing a lot of personnel changes in Nascar as well
