Breaking: Lab tests on 25 potent THC extracts just proved the entourage effect is REAL — one terpene (terpinene) turned good weed into cancer-cell-killing weed.
Bottom line from the study:
Almost all high-THC cannabis extracts can slow cancer cell growth in the lab.
Only some specific extracts are good at reducing inflammation — it depends heavily on which terpenes are present.
Terpenes like terpinene, eucalyptol, cymene, myrcene, and camphor seem to strongly influence (boost or block) what the cannabinoids do.

“Mom, I love you.” First words EVER from a 7-yr-old with autism—30 minutes after one drop of medical cannabis!
Cannabis can help tough brain disorders: It shows real promise for conditions like autism (ASD), Alzheimer’s (AD), epilepsy, migraines, Parkinson’s, and nerve pain by fixing imbalances in the body’s built-in “cannabis-like” system (the endocannabinoid system).
What it actually fixes: Cannabis calms inflammation, protects cells from damage, boosts energy inside brain cells, and helps the brain stay flexible and form new connections.
Real-life wins doctors see: Kids with autism become less agitated, start talking, hug their parents, and say “I love you” for the first time.
Seniors with Alzheimer’s suddenly remember people, speak clearly, and light up with personality again—even if only for a few hours.
Why families love it: Patients sleep better, throw fewer tantrums, and need less wrestling into the shower.
Caregivers feel less burned out and get their loved one “back” for precious moments.
Safer than most psych meds: When a doctor guides the dose, cannabis has fewer scary side effects or dangerous drug mix-ups than the usual psychiatric pills.
Big roadblocks: U.S. laws still label cannabis “high-risk, no medical value,” so researchers can’t get funding or big studies.
Old “stoner” stereotypes make nursing homes and doctors nervous.
Doctor’s 10-year takeaway: Cannabis isn’t a magic cure, but it’s a powerful, under-used tool. Supervised medical use is safe, life-changing, and deserves proper research and respect.

I visited a concierge practice and was blown away by the difference in the level of healthcare provided (from my inner-city clinic) -- all within the same hospital system. The rich are living longer & the hospitals are cashing in. Check out my blog:

Pain Patients Reduce Their Opioid Use Following Adjunctive Use of Medical Cannabis
Patients who received cannabis decreased their average opioid intake to 2.7mg/day after one year of treatment. By contrast, patients who did not receive cannabis consumed an average of 42.3 mg/day of opioids at follow-up.
Patients who consumed cannabinoids were also more likely than controls to experience decreases in depression, anxiety, insomnia, and disability.

@marclanders Un commentaire @acadmed ??
Could CBD Be a Game-Changer for Heart Health? New Study Reveals How Cannabidiol Fights Inflammation, Protects Blood Vessels, and May Lower BP!
CB2 benefits: Activating CB2 receptors may:
Slow the buildup of plaque in arteries (atherogenesis).
Reduce damage to the heart after a heart attack (ischemia-reperfusion injury).
Lower harmful inflammation and oxidative stress (damage from unstable molecules).
CBD’s broader effects: Beyond CB1/CB2, CBD:Influences proteins that control inflammation and cell damage.
Helps blood vessels stay healthy and relaxed.
Supports the immune system and protects the inner lining of blood vessels.

We deserve more than just 'lucky' when it comes to cannabis. We deserve justice. Real freedom means letting this plant uplift communities, heal patients, and empower small growers, without compromise. No more games. Let's make everyone super lucky. #DescheduleCannabis@anonymous_zoot@jteddy95
May the Thailand Ministry of Public Health read that research about cannabis' vaporisation benefits and finally lift the ban upon vaporizers (that are not e-cigs, so it should have its own category and medical certification when used medically)

The clock is running out on broken cannabis laws. Good people are waiting on us to do the right thing. We need to cut through the red tape, give veterans safe access to their medicine, and let small businesses thrive without corporate games. It's about time we delivered real freedom for the plant and for our communities. #DescheduleCannabis @pamelaclaire76@joshuaredditt9
