This all could be bulshit as well. It could be money withheld because of sanctions too. Going to have to make some concessions and allow them to have a country if a peace deal is reached. If they have no way to make a nuke and no military to cause havoc in the region, get into the Abraham Accords, stopping violent hostilities is the region then I’m ok with that. Less resources we have to put towards the Middle East with calmer relations
