@MitsubishiHVAC failure to comply with written or implied warranties is not only fraud it is illegal especially when you cannot provide a simple replacement part but instead insist an 80year old pay over 8,000 for a new non comperable unit. Do the right thing Trane. Ridiculous.

So much for customer service. Won’t reimburse for postage that doesn’t print. Have to send a practically new machine back at our cost in a short time frame or we will be charged a fine although we have a balance due to us. What a horrible business practice.

Frustrated does not adequately describe my feelings for @PitneyBowes and their @PBCares team. If you call you get mysteriously disconnected, if you are owed a refund then forget any communication, and if you are in contract with them or lease their equipment then you are screwed

@FiveStarRoof5 my organization reached out on 2/16/23 for warranty repair work and we have yet to hear back. Multiple calls have been ignored. We paid timely, reported the issue timely and now our request for warranty coverage is being ignored.
