Happening now: Alketa Xhafa Mripa installs "Thinking of You" in the heart of #Strasbourg, on Rue des Hallebardes where so many pass by. Dresses are again rising into the clear blue sky, screaming the unspeakable, stopping strangers in their tracks, and refusing to be silenced.

Above the @CoE entrance, artist Alketa Xhafa Mripa is installing dresses donated by survivors of (conflict-related) sexual violence worldwide. Strasbourg and the @CoE will be home to the art installation ‘Thinking of You’ until 30 June.
