Why do companies not invest in quality customer support for their products to foster goodwill and community? Instead it seems that to most it's just a cost center to minimize and piss off loyal customers such as myself.

To make it even worse, she said tao reboot my phone and reinstall the app and she would call me back in 10 minutes...which she never did and I doubt she had any plans to.
