Why hasn’t bag been loaded onto next flights & is it likely to arrive on any flight? Is there anyone who we can speak to at Manchester airport as it’s obviously still there or if we go to Mcr airport where would we go to see if it’s still at Manchester airport?

I will be in a wheelchair - can I still use my fast track pass - last time the special assistance queue took ages as there were so many families with pushchairs which took a long time for them to get everything out of pushchair plus sort out children?

@askryanair When we flew recently with Jet 2 special assistance was so understaffed they were asking people to go & do bag drop & then go back to special assistance after bags dropped off. They said the airlines should have a faster bag drop desk for people with special assistance.
