He is durable and reliable and has elevated his game every year and was 1st team ALL Pro last year at 25 years old. You pay that kind of guy. Same people criticizing it were the ones saying he was a bad draft pick.

Jack is going to be a top LB in the game for the next 5 years. He is the Green Dot and middle of the defense. He should have been extended yesterday. He will soon though. Guessing 4 years 76 mil.
