South Park should make its way onto Paramount+ no later than July 1. HBO Max’s rights to the series expires on June 30.
Though, there are talks for the show to continue streaming non-exclusively on HBO Max, possibly as a way to mutually agree to drop the suit against Paramount.
Xfinity customers with Paramount+ with Showtime will soon be able to access Paramount+ at no additional cost as part of Paramount and Comcast’s cable distribution renewal.
The broadcast and cable networks (CBS, MTV, Nickelodeon) will also remain on Xfinity.
If all goes the way of Shari and Mr. Ellison, the Paramount deal should be finished in either Spring or late June.
Also in June, South Park will happen.
Cheers to New Paramount in 2025.
