@BBCSurrey Only 2 bottles per person allowed. We live in a village 5 or 6 miles from water stations so inaccessible if you dont drive. Lots of people with livestock in dire need. We are flushing our toilet with water from a brook! RH5
@thameswater This leak has been running since at least Nov 2020. Your Ref 31731527 despite numerous visits by engineers (last one 20/7).Appalling waste of clean water.
@thameswater Ofwat regulations state that in the event of failure of water supply the company ‘must provide at least 10 litres of water per person per day to affected consumers within the first 24 hours, and maintain this until the piped supply is restored’ RH5 #nowaterhere

We are no longer in attendance at at Coldharbour. The site is being monitored by the Forestry Commission. We will return for a re-inspection later today.
1 hectare of dense woodland & peat was affected, multiple units & specialist wildfire Unimogs & Landrovers attended.
