@ticketmaster @cocacolaamp @livenation I purchased tickets 6 montgs ago for an event and prices have been lowered. I asked to exchange my seats for closer seats that are cheaper than what I paid. I was told that exchanges and upgrades are not allowed for online purchases. BS!

@jeffstate why is it so difficult for you to send a transcript to another university in this state? My child has attended 3 colleges in this state and @jeffstate is by far the most difficult to get a transcript sent.

I suspected the flight was overbooked and they gave our seats away. No seats were available to our destination so we had to rent a car:(. Attendants were not nice about the situation. We were there 10 minutes prior!!!

@SouthwestAir Do better! We arrived to our connecting flight 10 minutes prior to departure however the door was closed and gate agents would not allow us to board. They knew our flight was delayed. However we arrived 10 minutes prior.
