This week @SIDA and @JakobGranit visited Hawassa Industrial Park where 🇸🇪, together with @AddisIlo, supports workers well-being in terms of their rights, compensation, safety and representation. The program also helps female factory workers develop their leadership skills.

@WHOEthiopia In #Hawassa, I visited Omega Garment Factory, a domestic enterprise supported by @AddisIlo & created job opportunity for 117 workers with 90% of them young women. #ILO’s support helped increase productivity, reduce work related injuries, decrease product defects and cost saving.
