When the police are involved, it is ALWAYS the right move to shut up until you speak to a lawyer. Here's why:

@FOX5Vegas NRS 200.120 - From this story, this sounds like justifiable homicide. It is legal in Nevada to kill if you are where you are supposed to be, not the aggressor, and not committing a crime.

I hope this woman and her family can move on.
