So awesome to get students back in the library media center. Students loved the new genre sections and seemed to have a MUCH easier time choosing books! @CenterGroveES
I keep trying new label ideas and the day I added this to a shelf, a student came over to tell me how easy it was to find his space book. Maybe it sounds silly but that really helped me keep working on this! Students will read more if they can search independently and easily!
Finishing up our green screen poetry in second grade was fun and had our students researching, being creative, growing tech skills and sharing their work. That was a lot! @CenterGroveES
One of my most popular book series just got a movie! Here are some free #sel and research resources from @WWF that we’ll be using. So fun!

We are having SO MUCH FUN designing chariots for our @Sphero bolts! In third grade we are coming up with ways to bring resources to animals or places where humans can’t go. @CenterGroveES@RandolphSchools
Having fun with our new @sphero bolts. Third grade is learning to drive these fast round robots before we start coding after break. Patience, coding, problem solving, joy and teamwork. Drivers licenses coming soon!
it is fun to see these fifth grade 3D printing projects come to life! Creating objects that are fun but also comply with restraints takes skill and patience. @CenterGroveES@RandolphSchools
My principal and custodians are awesome! We get to move every. single. book. twice this year but in the end we’ll have one outstanding space. @PrinRodas@CenterGroveES
We start talking Caldecott contenders in January. Just read Mel Fell - LOVE the messages of self confidence, cheering your friends on and taking a leap of faith...and the bird lover in my house says its a great story about the kingfisher! https://t.co/qXUDLnyfRR
CG 4th & 5th grade are completing projects using engineering to solve problems. Here we have a shelter, an irrigation system and a couple of CAD ideas to tackle pollution. The creativity is fun to see and will be important to solving the real problems! @CenterGroveES
So much to be thankful for this year! This week, 2nd and 3rd grade are learning to use shortcut keys by making these adorable turkeys and writing about them. They did a great job! @CenterGroveES
