MY BLOOD DONATION
GET THIS....before today, IF my mom or daughter (who have the same blood type) ever needed blood, I could NOT give it to them! But today, I can! 40+ yr ban on gay/bi men has been lifted. See the story tonight @ 5:30 on @6abc. @RedCross@RedCrossPhilly@US_FDA
As of May 11, 2023, the FDA has dropped all restrictions specific to gay and bisexual men donating blood. The American Red Cross is in the process of making procedural changes necessary to implement this guidance as soon as possible. More information:

@RepMGS Sending all of our thoughts to @RepMGS. We are grateful for your service to your constituents and all of your efforts to assist our communities. Please let us know if there are ways we can help as you and your family begin to recover from this terrible incident.
