There have now been 9 medium to major disruptions within Meta ads manager since the start of August.

This is more than May-July combined.

Simple fixes like a broken duplicate button go unfixed or not even acknowledged for weeks.

It’s inexcusable.

@herrmanndigital Since June the reps have been terrible. Emails go unanswered for weeks on end when at the start of the year you'd get a reply in days.
