"What does the team need you to do?
I don't care what you want to do.
What does this team need you to do?
Some of you guys want to play for you and do your thing-what does the team need you to do?
Just do that.
If you are doing that, then you are playing to your strengths too."

Love this kid right here, has the swagger of a star in the making. He is the next Swiss army knife for CHS. Best thing is he can go in lacrosse too.
