Say hello to Korbessa! We are thrilled to introduce you to this little girl, who has well & truly captured our hearts - we know you will fall in love with her, too! Small in stature, but big in personality, she is one of the cleverest (& bossiest!) elephants we have ever met. She’s just joined our adoption program – become one of her first adopters: https://t.co/UqB5MNKxCN
#Throwback to the moment scrappy calf Nusu took on a herd of elephants! He’s a son of Nasalot, an orphan we rescued, raised & rewilded. Nusu is now 6 years old but remains full of bravado. A favourite antic of late is planting himself as a roadblock & refusing to let others pass!

To carry on with the fooling theme from yesterday here’s a quote from another favourite Shakespearian fool. Can you think of any other good Touchstone quotes from As You Like It?

Snow scenes were a particular favourite among the Impressionists and Monet painted several canvases that explore the way sunlight plays upon the snow. But can you tell which of these three scenes is not by Monet?

Farewell Your Majesty and thank you for your tireless dedication and dignified sense of duty. You leave a big gap. Great Britain will never be the same without you.
Remembering Our Queen.
Today people from across the UK, Commonwealth and around the world will pay tribute to the extraordinary life and reign of Her Majesty The Queen.
As for her father King George VI, grandfather King George V, great-grandfather King Edward VII and great-great-grandmother Queen Victoria, Her Majesty The Queen’s coffin was borne in a Procession to Westminster Abbey on the State Gun Carriage.
My deepest condolences on the passing of a great monarch. An impressive, unique personality who deserves admiration and recognition for her always dignified dedication and inspiring commitment. She leaves behind a big gap. 🇬🇧
The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon.
The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.
