Back in May 2025, I made this simple diagram where @linear becomes our source for all disparate context. Agents then access it to coordinate work.
With that anchor in mind, we've been able to orchestrate our harnesses and agentic systems in incredibly effective ways.
Docs is yet another unlock to cut out a hop for agents.
Ah, thanks. Yes, they use ChatGPT for app management across both apps. The OpenAI team let us know they believe they fixed this earlier today. Can you give it another shot to see if it's working? And again, if not, try disconnecting from the current app, searching for the non-legacy app and reconnecting?
Thanks, Matt. It looks like you're in the ChatGPT app (not the Codex app), is that right? It seems there's an issue with OpenAI only surfacing the legacy app for users who had it installed. We recommend disconnecting and reconnecting the Linear integration alongside an app update.
We'll also flag this with the OpenAI team since unfortunately only they can fix what's showing up on their side.
The evolution of startup events
The 2012 Meetup: Crowd into a cramped, fluorescent-lit startup office for lukewarm free Costco pizza
The 2018 Mega-Conference: Pay $1,500 to walk 25,000 steps a day across a massive convention center to find somewhere... anywhere to sit. Lunch consists of questionable catering wraps.
The mid 2020s Cafe Takeover: Drink an oat milk latte in a cafe turned networking lounge where you awkwardly glance at others while you attempt to find the card with the code for the free AI credits on it.
@rabois Regardless, sounds like a charity of Sheel’s choice will be getting $100k post the Anthropic IPO or Cursor acquisition by SpaceX, whichever comes first
Normally I wouldn’t share something from a competitor, but this one seemed interesting.
Since day one, @linear has been built for the most ambitious teams in Silicon Valley and beyond. That was always intentional, and we're very happy to serve those teams.
Teams at OpenAI, Coinbase, Ramp, and frontier companies across fintech, healthcare, aerospace, and more use Linear to build and ship. Even teams building supersonic jets, like Boom Supersonic.
We’re now seeing companies switch to Linear every week, and the pace is accelerating.
We’ll keep doubling down helping Silicon Valley and other high performing teams on the planet build better software, faster even if our competition decides not to.
@deezel Hi Darin! We’re hiring across all those disciplines and have several ex-Webflow folks at Linear. Feel free to send them my way. Or encourage them to apply here: https://t.co/S6tAljq11R
