It was not refuted in he High Court (BW -v- AG and ireland). Not refuted means it is admitted.

@RTENewsAtOne @lawlor_aine This woman hasnt got a clue! Sexual abuse is still rampant within the foster and residential care systems. Tusla stop access with parents, accuse parents and other family members of all sorts of abuse if tusla abuse of children is reported to Gardai.
